Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our product and your satisfaction with it. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any regular-priced item for a full refund.  Sale items can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. Any refunds will exclude shipping charges.  Shipping charges will be reimbursed only in the case of defective merchandise or an error in order fulfillment. Online returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date provided they are in new, unused condition. Please note that returns at the store level must be processed in a separate transaction unless you are exchanging for the same style in a different size. The original transaction invoice (included in your shipment) must be presented at the time of return. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as was used in the original purchase. 

 Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

- Intimate apparel (for hygienic reasons)
- Special Occasion Dresses
