Shipping Disruptions

We're currently experiencing shipping disruptions due to extreme rainfall, flooding and landslides. During this time there may be delayed fulfillment and low inventory quantities until suspended services are restored. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or kg.

Orders will be delivered to the requested shipping address without the need for a signature and at the customer's own risk of possible theft unless specifically requested otherwise.

Shipping is responsible for transporting about 90% of global trade, and although statistically, it is the most environmentally-friendly form of transportation (in terms of cargo quantities carried over long distances), we understand that our business has an impact on our natural surroundings. We stand firmly behind our brand promise to deliver a higher standard of quality and sustainability through a commitment to continuously reducing our environmental footprint.

This is the reason why we use reusable, recyclable & certified home-compostable packaging for shipping. 

For every package we send, we remove the equivalent weight of ocean plastic and we support tangible initiatives to decarbonize the planet through One Tree Planted.

For every item we sell, we save the equivalent from reaching vulnerable ecosystems in the areas that need it the most.
